A seasoned powerhouse with the sharp instincts of a strategist, the precision of a builder, and the heart of a family man. With 30+ years of leadership across construction, energy, and business, Francis doesn’t just manage projects — he engineers outcomes. Whether he’s restoring storm-battered homes or constructing custom homes, he brings vision, grit, and diplomacy to the table. From CAD renderings to completed projects, he moves seamlessly between hands-on execution and high-level strategy.
Early on
Starting at a young age, he was tutored by his father, building barns and other family projects. A man of principle, Francis’s very nature requires both excellence and integrity. Working in his family business, his father and grandfather taught him that no matter the circumstances, the work must get done. That understanding of service and execution has been engrained in him and into his projects.
A graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School in Lafayette, Louisiana, he then attended U.S.L. (now UL-Lafayette) earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Recently, Francis earned his Master’s Degree from the Louisiana State University through the Executive MBA program.
He started fabricating granite countertops for kitchen and bath projects early in his career. Having been involved in many large, custom home projects, his attention to detail is impeccable.
Licensed to build Residential and Commercial projects in Louisiana in 2001, his signature has been formed on custom homes that will satisfy discriminating homeowners for a lifetime.
Current
Beyond the jobsite and studio, Francis is a devoted husband and dad — celebrating milestones like Noelle’s wedding, Peighton’s admission to Pharmacology School, and Addison’s 15th birthday blowout with genuine joy. Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and always learning (whether it’s about LVP moisture issues or Xbox specs), he balances the old-school integrity of a handshake with the modern mindset of a lifelong learner.
He is the kind of guy who can run a construction firm, draft a permit appeal, plan a birthday bash, and price out Taj Mahal Counters — all before lunch.
